“Send Coach John a message” I found a very powerful post from Mindful Maven (@mindfulmaven_) where this truthful quote was shared: “Sooner or later we all have to pay for what we do.” ~ Oscar Wilde. What a true statement for sure. The bill always comes due for our choices, how we carry ourselves, what we do to (and for) others, every decision, etc. Some are small of course and nobody else knows about them. Other choices we make - well, they are well known and others do know about them…. Both the good and not so good. This is not meant to weigh us down as to being worried about everything we do. For me, it’s something I need to keep making good choices, build good habits, keep learning and growing by reading & listening more to things that help me be my best. We will all be remembered for what we did throughout our lives. It might as well have been for good instead of bad. Keep growing to be your best self my friends. Thanks for listening.
