However, in 2015, God's redirection of his life led him to his true purpose. Through divine promptings, new understandings, and inspired guidance, 'JR' founded the BrushFires Ministry. This ministry helps fellow Believers discover their God-given purpose and destiny, much like God had led him to his own. Throughout his professional career, 'JR' has excelled at building unified teams. He embraced the concept of identifying his strengths and hiring others to complement his weaknesses. This approach led to the creation of a system and toolset that enables Believers to recognize their own strengths and weaknesses. Once they’ve understood themselves, they can use the system to help their family, friends, and ministry members. Having experienced the frustration of feeling misunderstood, overlooked, and stagnant as a Believer, 'JR' understands the importance of finding one's true purpose.
