Through her experience she has learned the value of having an Advance Care Plan (ACP), a trustworthy power of attorney, and of building your community. Her most influential teachers have been her patients. Jayne is an advocate for informed consent, and a supporter of palliative care. She recognizes death as a normal part of life. In our conversation we talk about the services offered by an End of Death Doula, the importance of having an Advanced Care Plan (ACP) and how to begin thinking about your end of life wishes.
