Blue Collar BSSeason Two Debut – We Are Back Baby!Welcome to the first episode of season two.  In this episode, Steve and Brad discuss the situation in the trade industry, and they talk about what they are most excited about this season. The business dynamics in 2022 have changed a little bit. More and more people are reaching out looking for opportunities. Clients are frustrated for not having relationships with the trades who are not responding to their calls. Trades are frustrated because of the sheer amount of people that are trying to leave former employers and start-up their own businesses.
