We are Being Changed from Glory to Glory by the Spirit of God

What is God doing today with his children?  God is doing a mighty work in the lives of his children by his Spirit.  The Spirit of God is the one who is changing our lives into conformity into the image of Christ.  It seems today that this teaching of the biblical documents is being ignored in favor of human counseling and psychotherapy.  Psychotherapy is limited by the proponents thereof, and its results are questionable at best.  Yes, I am aware of so-called evidence based practice, but what does that mean?
