WE ARE NOT MACHINES. it’s time to give ourselves grace. Release control, trust.

High school. Activities. Stress. Faith. Health. Mental health.  Today is another raw talk about real stressors and where we need to be releasing control and giving ourselves grace.  There’s an issue I thought I’d never encounter- the issue of mental health.  Times have come where I’ve been down on my knees overwhelmed about I don’t know what. Everything. Nothing. School. Theatre. Time… health.  I have a tough time trusting God sometimes; maybe I strive too much to earn my way to Heaven when I truly do not need to.  Maybe I’m trying to control exactly what I cannot.  And maybe you are too.  My prayer is that you can relate and take heart in your own personal trials.
