What this episode covers
Hello. How are you…really? Jenna Kutcher even wrote a book about this and it just might be time to pick that one up. Because I’m not well. I’m overwhelmed, overburdened, overstressed, and feel like I’m going to implode with all the emotions from the past couple of weeks. Hell, the past few years. I’m not well because I’m a mom with 24 years of being overburdened under her yoga pant waist band; I’m a woman in menopause with a overdue dose of bio-identical hormones, and I’m completely overwhelmed by the onslaught of news, none of it's good. And I’m here today to tell you you’re not alone in how you’re feeling because I’m feeling it, too. I’ve got a few things I’m implementing in order to get myself to a healthier state than I’m in right now and they may inspire you to try a few things as well. We’re all in this together so when some of us aren’t well, we all suffer. It’s how being human works. Moms get this because we all know that we are only as happy as our most unhappy child. And right now, it seems the world is unhappy. So many of us are at our limit and it’s time to talk about it. Join me in the conversation.
