We are the Children...

𝗜𝗳 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲, 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻'𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗼... Something we discuss often is the inner work. A lot of your limiting beliefs stem from childhood, even the ones about your body and your relationship with food. As you progress on your health and fitness journey, eventually you'll end up meeting Your Shadow...👤 Your Ego...🦸 You Inner Children...👶 And all the other parts of you that have been neglected or silenced after decades of living in a world that's convinced you those parts don't matter. Then you gotta learn how to forgive, accept, and love your INNER CHILD(ren)✅ I hired 3 different coaches before I was willing to pay this any mind.
