Welcome to We Are Women, A Karmela Cosmetics Podcast, where women speak their truth and celebrate their victories. We all crave connection. At our core, we all want to feel loved and understood. Hi I'm Nechami, founder of Karmela Cosmetics, a company that produces high performance, natural beauty products and is dedicated to uniting and empowering women through the power of color. This podcast came about as a way to give a voice to ALL women, because we all have stories to share. It's a place where we'll learn about each other and ourselves, dive into important issues that affect us, discover all that we have in common, and make some memories. Each week, listen in as I chat with remarkable women and discuss topics like sexism in the workplace, PCOS, and domestic violence.
