He baptized him. He preached proclaiming the messiah was coming. He made a way. He was a testate to the light. People stopped to hear him. People came to know Jesus because of Him. We can all be John - teaching others - making a way for non believers to believe. We don’t have to stand on the street with a sign - we can have gentle conversations with others that invites the Holy Spirit to speak. Our job is to lead people to Jesus and Jesus will work in their hearts. Remind yourself that you can be John. You can point others to the one that saved you. He is mighty to save.
