We can't be successful with global warming unless we believe we all in this together

We all use the same air on this planet.  Our dollars have the most impact if it is spent on the most serious problems independent of the country the problem is located in.  Put that in your political hat and smoke it. Again, humans need to pool their resources and pick the most effective ways and places to use their resources.   For example, we could lower the CO2 in our air more by spending money building power plants for India than by building and buying electric cars for ourselves.
