Its just one of these weeks.. maybe something was in the air?? In this episode we discuss how we’ve been feeling recently and share our recent struggles with switching off from work when things are stressful, finding a better work life balance, and detaching our work from our identity. we talk about:  the importance of setting boundaries whilst knowing yourself worth Detoxing from all technology after work Prioritising time for hobbies/body movements /outdoors Detaching work from being a reflection on yourself (especially if you have people pleasing tendancies)  I (Cara) personally found this episode really helpful to talk through especially as I had quite a self-inflicted unhealthy week. I want this to be a reminder that its okay to have off weeks and to let yourself go.  Let’s recognise that we should be proud of ourselves and how we handle stressful situations, even when also highlighting and recognising that we could be kinder and have a healthier work balance in the future.
