We just helped a local farming family in Woodstock, Illinois make a major life transition to keep their multi-generational farm in the family.Heider's Berry Farm has been growing fresh strawberries and raspberries for the community for generations. John Heider is also an incredible woodworker, handcrafting cutting boards, chess boards, and custom pieces in his shop on the farm.To pass the farm to the next generation, one daughter needed to purchase a home locally so her sister and brother-in-law, a school superintendent making a big career change, could move onto the farm from out of state and learn to farm from John and Sue.Jolene White (Realtor) helped find the right home.
