“We Lived after the Manner of Happiness” 2 Nephi 3–5

Welcome to the Come Follow Me Podcast for Kids! We are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and we create this podcast for primary aged children (2-12) following along with the church’s Come Follow Me Manual. This is a Book of Mormon Come Follow Me Study podcast for children. This week we are reading “We Lived after the Manner of Happiness” 2 Nephi 3–5. The children will learn what eternal things they can focus on now so that they can live happily. We will read about Lehi dying, and the Nephites and Lamanites separating. We will also spend time learning Joseph Smith was chosen by God to restore the gospel. Lehi shared with his son Joseph a prophecy given by Joseph of Egypt. The prophecy was about a future “choice seer,” Joseph Smith.
