We Made the Choices That Lead to Inflation

When you stub your toe on the bedpost, you can get mad about the resulting pain.  But, pain as we know is a way for nature to say "don't do that, it is bad for you." Inflation is a result of many things we have done over the last decade: Thinking we could get something for nothing (deficit spending) Printing money Bullying Russia Into War Discouraging investment in fossil fuels Bantering Oil Companies to stop drilling NIMBY (Not in My BackYard)  Lack of Investment in R&D, Infrastructure Jumping without a sound plan into Green Ideology etc. War(s) Tariffs Sole sourcing Monopolies
