#60: I'm spending time listening to some of my black friends describe the world they're experiencing. It's the first step I feel I need to take in the aftermath of the murder of George Floyd. I need to seek out the perspectives and experiences of my black friends and colleagues. What I'm hearing from them is disturbing.
