Explaining why helping steer owners away from the large ‘out of town’ superstores back to the high street,  we’re  joined by Naturaw’s co-founder, Chris Broadbent and Amelia Black who owns The Tetbury Pet Shop. We discuss why customers often prefer to choose carefully selected brands and spend time in store, feeling connected to the products they’re buying. Amelia has taken the radical step to stand out by only stocking one dog food brand as she is confident Naturaw is the best choice, not just for her own dog.
