A wall of obstruction has appeared from powerful politicians when it comes to providing needed Mental Health Care in the form of a Level III atrauma Center for the deserving residents of S.E. DC.  Furthemore, it has been reported that BLACK residents of " Woodberry" have had to live in inhumane conditions. Into the fray comes Dr. Rhonda Hamilton, CEO of Healthy DC & Me, a non-profit organization fearlessly challenging the political powers that be.
