As we sat down to record this episode, the 24 Hours of Daytona had just happened, so we start out talking about the race this year. Endurance races like Le Mans, Daytona, and 24hrs of the Nürburgring are getting more popular every year it seems so we talk about the appeal and the challenge of endurance racing. Also Auto Manufacturers have now appealed to the NHTSA for Emergency Braking Systems like Subaru's Eyesight to not be mandatory. Cost is one reason, but we talk about some other reasons that this move might make sense.
