We Transform Our Grief Into Revolutionary Love with Tessa Alexa Stanford

from The 100 Year Vision

What becomes possible once we finally let ourselves grieve?Welcome to the Launch of The 100 Year Vision with Sam Higgins. In this highlight episode I ask Tessa Alexa Stanford to share the future she sees coming…🚀 Meet Tessa:Tessa Alexa Stanford, Founder & CEO of the Institute for Open-Hearted Psychology and Unspoken Global, left her decade-long career in the Social Welfare Sector in 2016 when she became increasingly disillusioned with our systems of care and modern psychological approaches to mental health and overall wellbeing.During her career, Tessa attained her First Class Honours in Psychology (2011) and specialised in Holistic Wellbeing Interventions, Trauma Assessments and Staff Development. Tessa completed additional study in Nutritional Medicine, Emotional-Regulation and The Neurobiology of Complex and Developmental Trauma, and worked with various disadvantaged populations (within fields of Child Protection, Early Intervention Mental Health, Domestic Violence, Alternative Education and with Asylum Seekers and Refugees). After undertaking an adventure of a lifetime to seek deeper answers, Tessa explored the unspoken waters of Grief, and deepened her relationship with story-telling as a way to transform worlds with words. She now works at the nexus of mental health, spirituality and creativity offering pathways of initiation in True-Self Expression and Grief-Informed Leadership to support humans to transform their own lives and the lives of others with open-heartedness.Tessa's most recent innovation is her community mental health initiative, Unspoken Global. Unspoken celebrates courageous story-telling to cultivate courageous communities. The initiative aims to create genuine social change by helping to break intergenerational patterns of shame, emotional suppression and grief through community level healing. At heart, Tessa is a small town Country Queensland girl who has always worn her heart on her sleeve, and who believes that real and revolutionary change is possible on this planet when we have the resources, support and courage to express our True Self.⚡️ Find Tessa:Website: tessaalexastanford.comInstagram: @tessa_alexaFacebook: Tessa AlexaThe Full episode with Tessa will be coming out soon!⭐️ Don't forget to Subscribe to the show, Download these powerful launch episodes, and drop a Rating and Review.——-——-——-——-——-Sam Higgins here... host of The 100 Year Vision🙏 As a thank you GIFT for supporting the launch, I'm offering a free ticket to one of my upcoming MESSAGE ON FIRE workshops. This is a practical speaking-based workshop designed to stretch your edge, build confidence speaking and connect to your visionary message!🔥 GLOBAL (Online): 12-13 September (2 x half days) - Claim your free ticket (normally $47)🔥 GOLD COAST (In Person): 24 October (1 day) - Claim your free ticket (normally $97)⚡️ Find Sam:Facebook: Sam HigginsInstagram: @visionary_sam / @the100yearvision
