Like the Father who ran to the prodigal son, our Father in heaven first heals our Spirit when we give our life to him. But he doesn't stop there. Mesi took us through how God heals and restores us spiritually, then in our minds and emotions as we put on the clothes of righteousness, and also physically as the Lord nourishes our bodies. Imagine going from desiring pig food to sitting at a feast! We come from a fallen lineage as humans. We live in a fallen world. We have an enemy who is trying to resist our reconciliation with God. It is not a surprise that we all experience brokenness. And therefore, it is also essential that we understand that we all need healing and restoration.
