We Were Naturally Meant to Thrive with guest Kristy Wood-Giles

from Dare to be Authentic Podcast · host Mari Mitchell

Join me with guest Kristy Wood-Giles talking about how to live your best life in the most instinctive way possible:  health, fitness, nutrition, emotion healing, energy and vitality. Kristy worked in Park Management and was also a fitness instructor. She played many competitive sports but fell in love with endurance triathlons. On a week long solo hike, she became ill after being bitten by many ticks. Yet, the medical system insisted it was not Lyme and so for 3 years she went from being in a 70.3 Ironman triathlon to struggling to walk and work. It turns out that Lyme disease had infected every organ and system in her body, even her brain. She began to research and implement every healing tool and concept in order to recover from what was considered a life-long chronic illness. Now Kristy coaches people through healing and all the aspects of finding true health. She's also author of: "Two Week Window; Living with Lyme and Thriving in Life" where she tells about what she has experienced. Kristy's website: www.outofthewoodz.ca
