Goal Grinders youth after school program  focuses on Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (STEAM), and youth  members of this after-school program strive because they know that have advocates who truly work to move them along in life.Renay shares how she got her start leading Goal Grinders and the mission of her nonprofit and the buy-in with parents, students, the school system, and  contributors from the community located in Prince Georges County, Maryland. Renay and her team pivoted from live events to virtual events and they've been able to provide even greater outreach as a result of the Zoom platform.Goal Grinders host virtual events for girls only, in addition to summits for boys only.
