Wealth Academy Podcast - Episode #98 - Don't You Worry About A Thing, Focus on Yourself & Be Empowered

I know I'm not alone in receiving emails, social media, and phone calls about the status and conditions of things taking place in America today. As host of the Wealth Academy Podcast, I have a duty to be up to date and observe what is taking place in the U.S.A. I recommend that we all take a step back and take in our own power because it will serve us a lot better than getting caught in the crosshairs of overwhelm. During this episode I recommend that we avoid watching the media every day and all day, it's not good for anyone to do so. What I recommend we all do is to focus on ourselves and control what we can control and let the big picture national leader thingy do what it's supposed to do...serve the American people. I'm not suggesting that the leadership in America or any other country is always going to do the right thing for its citizens, however, we can be hopeful.Walk by faith and not by sight and since life is an inside job, work on your mind, body, and spirit because you can control it. We don't live in a perfect world, so consider that you as an individual is the start of positive change and you have the power to change yourself, influence your family, and help make your community a better place to live.We can all improve ourselves in mind, body, and spirit through prayer, meditation, mindfulness, and more.  All we can hope for is that our national leaders in the White House and Congress do right by its citizens and we will receive the medical care we need during this pandemic, have a roof over our heads, and have food to eat. Rate and review this episode on Apple Podcasts and provide a 5-star rating.
