Podcast host Vann retired from the USAF after serving 12 consecutive years int he Pentagon, to include a year as a Capitol Hill Fellow working for a member of Congress in the U.S. House of Representatives. Upon retirement, retired lieutenant colonel Vann decided to become a motivational speaker, author, diversity/inclusion trainer, and coach.
