Weather update with Cathal Nolan

It’s been one long heavy shower of rain this week as Storm Chandra was followed by another rain front. This has caused havoc as flooding throughout the country showed the limitations of parts of our transport and wider infrastructure. Emmet Oliver is joined by Climate Scientist and the founder of Ireland's Weather Channel, Cathal Nolan, to discuss.
