Long time listener Steve Bauer suggested tonights topic, and as is the long time tradition on WeatherBrains, if you suggest it, you own it. So when he wrote in and said we should do a show on the challenges that people with disabilities face in utilizing weather information, we made him the Guest WeatherBrain. Steve Bauer is totally blind. But that doesn't stop him from being involved in weather. Our second Guest WeatherBrains for this show is Miles Muzio. Miles is the chief meteorologist at KBAK-TV in Bakersfield.
