Tonight’s Guest WeatherBrain is a senior forecaster at the NWS Forecast Office in Paducah, KY. Chris Noles got his start in weather in 1991 with WeatherData and joined the NWS in 1992. Our guest panelist for this episode is Brian Shields, morning meteorologist at WFTV, the ABC affiliate in Orlando, FL. He graduated from Villanova with a degree in geography and went on to obtain his Broadcast Meteorolgy degree from Mississippi State. He worked in Salisbury, MD, and Charleston, WV.
