Dr Peter Saunders chairs a webinar with Richard Cunningham University is often considered the last 'best' opportunity to become a Christian - it is a mission field that is ripe for the harvest. This webinar will consider some of the challenges facing university evangelism, including current attitudes and culture wars, how we can best understand today's students and identity issues, free speech and censorship, and what having a biblical empathy for students might look like. Richard has been Director of UCCF: the Christian Unions since early 2004. Immediately prior to that he was Executive Director of the Areopagus Trust, developing initiatives in confronting secular thought in universities across Britain and Europe and, at the same time, was Director of Evangelism at St Andrew’s Church, Oxford.
