This “Circle” contains 67% of the world’s unreached people groups as well as 29 of the world’s 46 megacities of 10 million+ people. Over 50% of the world’s Muslim’s live in this “Circle” as well as the world’s majority Hindu and Buddhist populations. Bottom line: 4.2 billion people live in the “Circle” with only 4.2% being Evangelical Christian. To reach the world, we must pray for and reach the Circle of Significance. Visionary, Global Strategist, Catalyst, Consultant, Thought Leader, Researcher, Missiologist, Professor, and Author: For 35 years, he has worked globally with over 1,800 churches/ministries from 75 denominations conducting research, consulting, and strategy in the areas of church planting, movements, city reaching, diaspora peoples, and unreached people groups. He has taken over 28,000 people on a Discover Your City Tour in different U.S. cities. John is the creator of the “Circle of Significance” for world missions strategy. He has also taught college and graduate courses for 24 years. He is the author of the CityView Report book now in its 17th Edition and he has several other published papers and articles.
