In this role, Bert oversees all the mission outreach ministries of the CMDA as well as the Center for Well-being. Bert also serves as the Chaplain & a Coach for CMDA. Bert is a certified ACC Coach with the ICF (International Coaching Federation). Bert has co-authored 2 leadership books with Dr. David Stevens, “Leadership Proverbs” and “Servant Leadership proverbs”, has authored “A leadership Journal from a leaders journey” and his latest book is called “DIG IN” which is a devotional book.
