This is a quick video overview of the new class website. At the conclusion of this vidcast, explore the website: http://schoolcenter.bluevalleyk12.org/sheneman. Then, complete the following five tasks: 1. [GRADE LEVEL] Try out several of the activities within textbook online resources. Describe how your favorite works and what you like about it. 2. [GRADE LEVEL] Play the Policies Game and describe your experience (did you learn a lot, did you enjoy playing, do you think you will use these games to review each unit, etc.) 3. [GRADE LEVEL] Download a vocabulary podcast and describe your thoughts about its effectiveness (was it too fast or slow, is it a practical way to study, what could be improved etc.) 4. [DOWNLOADS] View several of the documents available for download. Choose one you found helpful and state what you learned from it. 5. [LINKS} Visit each of the websites listed. State which link you think you will use the most and why. You may submit your responses via e-mail or turn them in during class. Each question is worth 10 points, making this assignment worth 50 points total.
