Lydia Nemafhohoni is a vegetable, fruit and poultry farmer from Limpopo and chairperson of the Konanani Disabled People Primary Agricultural Co-operative. A wheelchair user as a result of childhood polio, Lydia has turned farming into a source of income, empowerment and opportunity for other people living with disabilities.
