TODAY'S HOMILY IN BRIEF. The early Christians encountered personally and realistically Jesus Christ as the risen Lord. This avail them the privilege of experiencing the power of the resurrected Lord. This in turn led to their manifestation of the resurrection power characterised by the Apostolic courage with which they bore witness to Jesus Christ despite being persecuted, the great signs that accompanied their witnessing, the innumerable souls converted to the way of God and their perseverance to the end. We, too, are called to experience and manifest this resurrection power of our Divine Master in our daily life.
