TODAY'S HOMILY IN BRIEF. THOUGH THE LAW HAS NO POWER TO SAVE, IT DISTINGUISHES US AS GOD'S OWN CHILDREN; KEEPING US ABOVE THE STANDARDS OF THE WORLD. WE'RE SAVED BY GRACE IN JESUS CHRIST BUT SAVED TO OBSERVE GOD'S STATUTES AND ORDINANCES AS GOD'S CHILDREN FOR JESUS CHRIST CAME NOT TO ABOLISH THE LAW BUT TO FULFIL IT.
