TODAY'S HOMILY IN BRIEF. In following Jesus Christ, if you seek any gain before you give up anything in His service you'll be frustrated and disappointed in your followership of Jesus. In serving God, we gain everything by giving up everything. Discipleship of Christ Jesus is at a cost and only those ready to pay the price find the reward of true discipleship. TODAY'S HOMILY IN BRIEF. Today amidst all odds Jesus heads for Jerusalem to effect the redemption of the people of God and to restore the fulness of God's glory upon them.
