He let the defendant move in with him, but the plaintiff claims the defendant stole his property when she moved out, so he’s suing. The defendant argues she turned down the plaintiff’s advances. She’s countersuing for an unreturned security deposit and the value of a grill. Plus, The plaintiff and defendant were best friends, but the plaintiff claims the defendant abused drugs because she lost weight so quickly. She gave the defendant money to help pay for a loan, but she hasn’t paid it back, so she’s suing. The defendant admits she owes the plaintiff money.
