Wednesday, April 29th: First Hour of WSD- Is the NBA's New Anti-Tanking Rules Bad for Small Markets?- Giannis or Jokic?

The NBA is planning on putting in some new rules & changes for the NBA Draft Lottery that they hope will curb some of tanking that has plagued the league the past couple of seasons. Steve "Sparky" Fifer is worried that these changes may inadvertently target smaller markets. Miami Heat fans are already speculating that Nikola Jokic could be an offseason trade target. Sparky isn't mad about it because it takes some attention off Giannis Antetokounmpo, but also wants to know which star will have more trade value.
