AdventHealth sues MultiPlan--a company that provides regional preferred provider organization networks for insurers--alleging it colluded with those insurers to pay providers less for out-of-network care. Some health insurers say they won’t cover Alzheimer’s drug Leqembi. And, CMS says there are 27 states with concerning rates of Medicaid terminations due to procedural reasons.
