It is giving in to what we want rather than pushing forward in the truth Jesus has called us to. At its root, sin is born from pride. When Jesus died, He overcame death and sin. We have freedom in our pursuit of Christ and all that His salvation offers. Remember you are forgiven and free from the weight of this world if your faith is in Christ alone.
