The Trump Administration to lays off thousands of the Department of Health and Human Services employees, including more than 1,000 at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The administration cuts around 90 percent of the budget meant for Affordable Care Act marketplace navigators. And, flu deaths surpass those related to COVID-19 for 1st time since the beginning of the pandemic.
