When you hear the story of the Israelites being rescued from Egypt, you most likely don’t give a second thought for the Egyptians. We generally just think of them as little more than collateral damage. But, as Pastor Danny will clarify in today’s message, God loved the Egyptians too. In the plague of the death of the firstborn, the Egyptians were given the opportunity for mercy just the same as the Hebrews. If they covered their doorway in the blood of the lamb, they too would have been passed over.
