Wee LaF for the August 28 Weekend - LaF 73

As summer rolls to a close, LaF is just getting started. Episode 73, sees the L-Train and Mr. Two-Frames previewing three new releases for the August 28th weekend. Opening early, on Wednesday, is No Escape starring Owen Wilson, Pierce Brosnan, and Lake Bell. This thriller sees the young married couple of Wilson and Bell living the perfect life overseas when a coup breaks out. Now, they are running for their lives with only a former James Bond to help. Also in theaters, is the Zac Efron film We Are Your Friends. Zac stars as aspiring DJ Cole Carter who hopes to parlay his talents into fame and fortune. Lastly, opening in limited release, is the movie adaption of the teen lit novel Z for Zachariah starring Chiwetel Ejiofor, Chris Pine, and Margot Robbie. After a disaster wipes out most of the human population, two men and a young women find themselves in a love triangle.
