Wee LaF for the January 8th Weekend - LaF 110

Episode 110 of the LaF podcast has our hosts previewing three major releases coming out in theaters around the country on January 8. Expanding into wide release, is The Revenant starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Tom Hardy. The film is already receiving a lot of award season buzz, with Leo being an often named contender for Best Actor as he plays Hugh Glass, a man on a quest for survival after being left for dead following a bear attack. Horror fans get their first film of the year with The Forest starring Natalie Dormer(aka Margaery Tyrell on Game of Thrones) as a woman searching for her lost twin sister in a haunted Japanese forest. Lastly, the guys preview The Masked Saint starring Brett Granstaff and the late great Rowdy Roddy Piper. This movie is based on the true story of a pastor's journey back into the world of pro wrestling in the hopes of raising enough money to save his church.
