Wee LaF for the July 1 Weekend - LaF 157

LaF is ready to celebrate Independence Day by previewing three new films coming out in theaters for the July 1st weekend. The summer box office continues to grow ever more crowded, but don't despair Richard Lusk and Ryan Bull are here to let you know what to go see. First, The BFG is Steven Speilberg's first Disney every, and the sixth Roald Dahl novel to be turned into a film. Next, The Legend of Tarzan is the first live action adaption in over thirty. Alexander Skasgard and Margot Robbie play everyone's favorite jungle couple in the film. Lastly, The Purge: Election Year picks up two years after the last film. Now, a Senator(Elizabeth Mitchell) is running for President on the platform of discontinuing the Purge. Things do not go well from there. Are you going to the movies this weekend?
