Week 1 - Monday: Mental Health

We introduce a new week with a new season For this next season I'll be untying myself from my daily themes and reducing the number of short episodes a week to focus on better quality and more video content here on The Journey Of Discovery.Today I start a new week with a heavy heart after learning of the passing of a friend, which then had me thinking a lot about mental health issues in men and how we need to change the perception of seeking help and encouraging more conversations to help our male friends in particular to generally open up about their struggles.There are of course brilliant resources like http://www.thecalmzone.net, the Samaritans and Stay Alive are just a few, but beginning with a conversation is a great starting point.Let's start the week by spreading a positive message!
