Most of us have some idea of who we want to be & what we want to do, but we’ve also got this elaborate mental list of who we feel like we have to be & what we have to do. Now, these lists don’t always overlap. And it’s not like we have infinite time & energy. We can’t be and do it all. Like I said… Pressure. A new year can feel exciting, yet overwhelming. So... How do you know what to do & pursue? And how do follow through and stay on task?
