Week 113 - US Open Review - Johnson Dusts Off The Penalty

On the show this week, we look back on our amazing Pro Am weekend at the magnificent Carne Golf Links in the extreme west of Ireland in Belmullet, Co. Mayo. We talk about Rory's withdrawal from the Olympics due to Zika Virus concerns and how it might cause a domino effect for other big names to withdraw. And then to the big one - The 116th US Open. Dustin Johnson was the winner in sensational fashion, simply bludgeoning the course to death with his missile tee shots. Our own Shane Lowry came agonisingly close but couldn't find the right performance in the final round. We talk it all out and then hit the Rules mess with a vengeance.  And to wrap up we look ahead to the events of the coming week - The Meijer LPGA Classic, The BMW International on The European Tour and The Quicken Loans National from the beast that is Congressional Country Club, where Rory dominated the field in the 2011 US Open.
