Self-doubt grows.Your body is not separate from your strategy.It is foundational to it.Why Expansion Feels UncomfortableVisibility increases heart rate.Financial risk increases cortisol.Leadership increases responsibility.Responsibility increases perceived exposure.Your system asks: “Am I safe?”If the answer is no, contraction follows.And contraction sabotages growth.Not because you are incapable.Because you are protective.Sacred Strategy™ — Strengthening CapacityThis week strengthens the Capacity pillar.Capacity is not only emotional maturity.It is physiological regulation.To hold more — you must regulate more.The stronger your nervous system stability,the higher your sustainable ceiling.Expanding Safety GraduallyYou do not build capacity through force.You build it through graduated exposure.* Speak up in smaller rooms before larger ones.* Raise prices incrementally.* Take calculated risks.* Stretch, then stabilize.Growth should feel stretching —not shattering.There is wisdom in pacing.Spiritual Stability in the BodyPresence is spiritual.But presence lives in the body.Breathing slowly. Standing upright. Slowing speech.
