Week 94: The Jesus You Seek

Send us Fan MailBefore getting to some of the most theologically rich verses within the Gospel of John, we first come across some scripture that provides us with an interesting thought. Those of the first century sought Jesus so that he would be the political and military king that they wanted. Because the apostle John uses the word "kurios" to describe Christ, he affirms Christ's identity as the sovereign God of the universe.
